Abstract:
In light of the new technologies and due to the recent pandemic, the workplace has changed dramatically over the last couple of years. A large percentage of employees prefer a remote work setting, while others rather stick to traditional work from the office. Many employees choose a hybrid work environment, usually splitting their time between their home and work office. This paper aims to explore the sentiments and productivity of those working remotely, in-office, or in a hybrid setting. Through a quantitative survey, we were able to collect data from a large number of participants and examine the topic further.
