Abstract:
In recent years, the shift from a typical five days a week in the office to either fully remote or hybrid work has increased significantly. Although there is existing research on the benefits of fully remote or in-office work, there is a gap when it comes to hybrid. This paper aims to provide insight into employees' general sentiment and productivity when working in a hybrid environment. We provide you with qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with a select number of participants who met the following criteria; employed full-time, working in a hybrid environment for at least six months, with two days in the office and three days at home or vice versa. The research did not seek to obtain specific results but rather to explore the level of productivity and sentiments of various participants gleaned from interviews and photos.
