Hello and Welcome,
I'm Liya Thomas, a passionate and driven UX researcher just trying to enhance digital experiences for all users. I am currently pursuing an M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where my research is mainly focused on accessibility.
This website showcases various projects that I have worked on throughout my academic career. I have extensive experience in a wide range of research methodologies and have worked on very different but equally impactful projects. These experiences have enhanced my qualities in user-centered design, empathy, and collaboration, making me more effective in creating meaningful and user-focused solutions.
Aside from design, I love intricate architecture, spending hours in museums, extra windy beaches, and smoked brisket that melts in my mouth.
Feel free to reach out to me at lst6940@g.rit.edu or connect with me on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/in/liyathomas. I'm enthusiastic about collaborating on projects that drive positive change and usability improvements, and I look forward to the opportunities ahead.
